Recipe provided by Amy Dudley Ingredients 3 cups of dry macaroni 170g of butter ½ cup flour 2 teaspoons of dry mustard 2 cups of milk 2 x 425g of Condensed Tomato Soup 350g of bacon (diced) 1 onion (diced) 1 small green capsicum (diced) 2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 3 cups of cheese for sauce Extra grated cheese to sprinkle Pinch of pepper Pinch of salt Method 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 2. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender and drain 3. Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat, stir in flour, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Return to heat and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring until sauce boils and thickens, remove from heat. Add grated cheese and tomato soup, mix well. Gently heat sauce, do not boil. 4. In a separate saucepan, fry diced bacon, diced onion and diced capsicum. When cooked, add to the sauce. 5. Add macaroni and worcestershire sauce to the cheese sauce and mix thoroughly. 6. Place mixture into a casserole dish, sprinkle with extra grated cheese and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted and brown to your liking.
