Ingredients 4 pieces of sourdough 4 eggs 1/2 cup of cream 1 pinch of cinnamon 4 pieces of bacon 1 banana 2 strawberries 1/2 cup maple syrup Icing sugar Butter Method 1 In a bowl whisk eggs then add cream, cinnamon and whisk again. 2. Heat frypan on medium heat, cook bacon to your liking and put to the side. 3. Soak sourdough in wet mix and leave for 30 sec to 1 minute each side. 4. Add wet sourdough to frypan (add a dob of butter if you like) – do not overcrowd frypan 5. Once golden brown, flip and cook through (add a little more butter for a golden brown finish) To serve Arrange 2 pieces of bread, top with 2 pieces of bacon, sliced banana and strawberries and mint leaves if you like. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Pour maple syrup on top or serve on the side.
