The beginning of a year always brings a renewed focus, energy and realignment. We all know that 2022 was a tough year for the real estate market in terms of how money was lent, which ultimately impacted sale prices. This being said, we were still able to achieve the second highest price ever recorded in Cromer with 88 Toronto Avenue, Cromer selling for $4,526,000. Market Update. A Word from the Agents Throughout last year we experienced a lack of properties being listed for sale due to property owners needing the time to work out the new market. The fourth quarter of 2022 produced a significant increase in buyer activity and we were recording multiple successful auctions campaigns. Included in this report are all sales recorded in 2022.
