Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) are made into owners’ accounts at the end of each month and we take care of the banking and cheque clearance times. INSPECTIONS Leading the field, we have taken the inspection process to the next level in supervising your property, realising the utmost importance of keeping you informed every step of the way with quality correspondence. • Ingoing / Vacating Inspections: Prior to any tenant taking occupancy of the premises, we carry out a detailed photographic condition report.This inspection report and photos are used to ensure that the tenant’s Rental Bond is disbursed appropriately at the conclusion of the tenancy. • Routine Inspections: To provide you with high quality service.We schedule two (2) routine inspections per year.You will receive a full routine inspection report and maintenance schedule to ensure that small issues are addressed before they become expensive ones. When notice is given by either party to vacate the property, a pre-vacating inspection is also performed to: - Arrange suitable access to re-lease the property - Reassess current rental value of the property - Advise the tenant of any necessary cleaning or repairs that are required - Determine if there is any maintenance required prior to releasing
