How would you describe the market over the last quarter? Locally, we have experienced relatively stable conditions with minor fluctuations in the market, showing modest growth. Apartments have performed well recently with slight increases in value. From what we have been seeing, I believe the Victorian Home Buyer Fund is creating more competition between first home buyers who want to get a foot in the property market. The overall outlook for the remainder of the year is positive, with continued moderate growth expected and plenty of vendors looking to start their campaigns in time for spring. What are you seeing in the rental market? Richmond has seen some easing in the rental market.
