TENANT SELECTION The tenant selection process is the most important step in leasing your property.What happens here will shape the experience of renting out your investment. Open inspections of your property will be conducted by your Property Manager where she/he will observe and converse with interested parties, take down names and numbers and become familiar with potential tenants. Interested parties will then have the opportunity to take an application form to complete, this is generally asked to be returned by the following day. The application form requires the following details: - Personal details (100 points of ID) - Employment information - Previous & current rental/living references - The potential tenants offer (rent & term of lease) Once the application has been processed, your property manager will then contact you with all information to obtain your approval.
