INSPECTIONS INGOING INSPECTIONS Prior to the commencement of the lease, your property manager will conduct an ingoing inspection.This is a detailed report outlining the condition of the property prior to tenants moving in. Each page of the inspection report represents one room, outlining each area of the room in detail. Photographs are also taken; digital copies are kept on file for reference when the tenants vacate. We highly recommend that the property be professionally cleaned when renting out your property for the first time. ROUTINE INSPECTIONS Routine inspections are conducted approximately every 3 months. By routinely inspecting your property we can monitor its general condition, keep track of the manner in which your tenants are maintaining the property and update you with regard to property maintenance that could otherwise go unnoticed. Landlords are provided with a detailed report after each inspection.
