Lifestyle is now more important than convenience. I believe we must also be realistic and acknowledge there will be challenges ahead for our economy and some businesses, but at least we know we are heading into a post-vaccine world in 2021.The stable economic environment and low interest rates have also paved the way for Sydney’s Northern Beaches property market to remain buoyant. Based on the data we have collected Wheeler Heights houses had an average sale price of $1,685,302 in 2020.
