In tandem with her son Gabriel, who brings a wealth of business finance knowledge to the table, the mother-son duo fronts a generational family business in leafy New Farm that offers genuine service, accountability, and transparency. "I came home to Queensland after living abroad for a decade in my 20’s studying and working, and on my return fell in love with Brisbane all over again. That was 20 years ago and during that time, I’ve married, raised children who attended local schools, built local businesses, and bought and sold local property. I love Brisbane and the New Farm peninsula is my home. My career in real estate saw the culmination of everything I had done to that point in my life, all of the experiences, the businesses I’d built and sold, the study and hard work was all pulled together and utilised. I represent my client’s greatest asset and my sincere goal is to achieve the greatest outcome for them. We support our Vendors with 5-star service in preparation to the sale. We can organise painting, electrical, flooring, furniture styling and bring the best out in each property because having gorgeous photography for our digital and print marketing, signboards, social media and stunning videos creates the emotional response from Buyers that escalates their subconscious desire to purchase. We are often told by our Vendors that one of the reasons why they chose us is because our properties always look so beautifully presented. Our consistently strong sales results frequently create record breaking transactions reflecting our exceptional marketing campaigns and the success of our method of sale strategy. And that’s partly how we get the prices we do. The other part is our expert negotiation skills. Remember, in Real Estate, you don't always get what you want, you get what your agent negotiates. My measure of success is the level of care and professional service I provide, not how many properties I’ve sold or how much I’ve earned. I started my own real estate agency because I wanted to be a part of something different to what I’d experienced and witnessed in the profession. I wanted to present tailor made sales strategies to my Vendors that were transparent, and that consistently worked rather than pushing the common dogma of auction onto Vendors when the market or the property didn't suit an auction.
