That held true throughout 2025. While broader Sydney narratives fluctuated, Breakfast Point continued to demonstrate: consistent buyer demand, strong owneroccupier appeal and measured, reliable price performance. Throughout the year we saw particular strength in larger three-bedroom apartments, with premiums achieved for outlook, natural light and proximity to the water.
