OPEN HOMES & INSPECTIONS. FOLLOW UP. PRICE FEEDBACK. OFFERS. Open homes are held twice weekly and if a buyer wishes to inspect out of inspection times we will always confirm with you first. Saturdays are always the busiest day with buyers and we will endeavour to arrive 5-15 minutes early to capture early arrivals and stay for 15 minutes after the end of the open home giving everyone the opportunity to see the property. We will contact you immediately after the open house to let you know the result, how many buyers came through and initial levels of interest we will follow up with after. We won’t have detailed feedback until we have called all the buyers back and have spoken to them properly. Further feedback will be provided in the weekly report. We follow up all buyers after the open house on Saturday and Monday (if we haven’t made contact prior). We ask various questions including what they liked about the home, how long they have been looking for, at what level do they see the dollar value, what they are comparing your property to and most importantly, if it’s the home for them. We will meet with you weekly to discuss buyer feedback, call you on a regular basis and provide a weekly feedback report so you know exactly where we are at throughout the whole process. Qualified buyers that are not interested in the home. These buyers are the best source of price feedback as they are going to be completely honest with us with what they have seen and what they believe the value is. These buyers give an unbiased opinion of your home. Interested Buyers. Not the greatest source of price feedback as they want to purchase the home for as little as possible, in saying that, real feedback from these buyers is in their offers. At any stage during the sales process we may receive an offer from a buyer, this may come very early in the campaign. It’s important that we work with all buyers who make an offer, take the offer seriously and put in writing. We will discuss with you the best way to handle the offers on a case-by-case scenario.
