For over 28 years he has been the manager and co- director of Elders Liverpool and most recently in April of 2019 shifted to the Elders Leppington office as the Licensee in Charge. Sam’s specialty is within the residential and rural sales market and has been actively involved in the transactions of raw and approved development sites. With his wealth of knowledge of the market place and longevity in his career, he has become a very well known agent and community member among the area’s of Leppington, Austral, Rossmore, Bringelly & Kemps Creek having done initial and re-sales of many properties within these suburbs. Since commencing his career in real estate with the Elders company in 2016, from working under senior roles to spearheading his own deals, Samuel has evolved into highly reputable sales agent within the local area. With the opening of Elders Leppington in 2019, Samuel transferred to that office based on his involvement with the Leppington / Austral community, and has since built an even stronger presence in the area by sealing various deals in all aspects of real estate sales. His specialties include working with owner occupiers for residential sales of homes and vacant blocks of land, the sales of house and land packages and working with developers on commercial / industrial zoned land. Senior sales agent Domenic Polistina is a fully Credited & Licensed Real Estate Agent and a servicing member of Elders Liverpool since 1994 and Elders Leppington since 2019. Being a well known contact in the local community after spearheading and securing many large deals throughout the Stage 2 Development of Leppington, making it an obvious choice to re- locate to the Leppington branch. Domenic’s vast knowledge within the real estate industry comes from the experience of various job roles, and years of exposure to the South West market. His knowledge is equipped within residential property management, commercial/ industrial property management, residential sales, residential developments, and acreage marketing sales, retail shopping center leasing and rural sales which has set the property standard in the Leppington / Austral precincts. Annalisa has been working within the real estate industry since 2015 and commenced working for Elders in 2018 where she has very quickly become the back-bone of both Elders Leppington and Elders Liverpool offices. Within her role, she assists directors with any needs they may have and was heavily involved with the designing of the Elders Leppington office. As well as working very closely with the sales team as the sales administrator she ensures all the tedious and ‘behind-the-scenes’ functions of listings and sales are undertaken with close care and within an extremely timely manner.
