Our office must be advised of any pets that will be staying at the property. 2. Pets are permitted only at premises indicated as pet friendly on the condition that they are well behaved and do not disturb the neighbours. 3. All pets must be fully immunized, registered with your local council, clean and free of fleas. 4. Not all our homes allow pets inside, please make sure you check this with our office prior to your arrival. 5. Pets are not permitted on the furniture and if any damage occurs, it must be paid for immediately. 6. The animal waste must be removed from the yard prior to your departure. 7. PLEASE NOTE: If your pet has been at the beach DO NOT ALLOW your pet inside the house (see if permitted) until they have been WASHED & DRIED. 3 Real Estate Experience
