Chicken kebabs “El Greco!” Chicken kebabs with yoghurt and lemon sauce © 2007 C2172662 PP Target Cards 1300 735 700 If your property is listedwith another agent, please disregard thismessage. 6 chicken thigh fillets, cubed 300g/10fl oz plain yoghurt 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 1 ⁄2 teaspoons paprika, ground 1 1 ⁄2 teaspoons cumin seeds 60mL/2fl oz lemon juice 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 2 teaspoons oregano, chopped Freshly ground pepper 24 satay sticks Soak satay sticks in cold water for 30 minutes. Place (in a bowl) yoghurt, garlic, paprika, cumin seeds, lemon juice, parsley, oregano and pepper, and mix until combined. Place chicken on satay sticks and brush-over with half the mixture. Leave to marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Heat oil on barbecue (or chargrill pan), add chicken kebabs and cook 4-5 minutes each side. Serve with remaining marinade mixture.
