We work with a talented team of photographers, copywriters, designers and advertising specialists to ensure that our marketing materials stand out from the crowd. Importantly, our brochures, boards and online advertising are designed to sell your property – not build our brand! We’re serious about follow- up. Every person who attends an open for inspection at your property will receive ongoing reminders via email or SMS, and your sales consultant will contact all buyers by phone to discuss their level of interest in your property. Our sales campaigns generally last between four and six weeks, with one or two weeks of preparation and a month- long marketing campaign. Once your property is launched to the market, we recommend twice-weekly open inspections (arranged at times that suit you), and will provide you with detailed feedback after each open.
