As a Wembley Downs local, I’m well aware of the fantastic opportunity the coastal lifestyle provides. This has never been more apparent than in the past 20 months, where we have mostly been able to live our relaxed lifestyles and enjoy our homes more than ever before. Living, working, and investing in a suburb I feel so passionate about is an absolute pleasure. Seeing the growth of Wembley Downs over recent times has been very exciting, as many people are drawn to our suburb due to its stability and community feel. As the leading agent in the area for many years now, I cannot thank the locals enough for their support. Time flies, and it was back in 2017 that we opened the doors of Harcourts Empire at The Downs Shopping Centre. It has been so pleasing seeing our business go from strength to strength.
