Navigating through some unexpected bidding sequences with flair and wit, Brayden Coldicutt from Harcourts Regent Realty - Napier emerged victorious, being crowned the Harcourts New Zealand Auctioneer of the Year. Brayden, who first competed in the Harcourts competition in 2018 and won the Novice title the same year, was elated with his latest win and quickly jumped on stage to raise funds for the Harcourts Foundation upon hearing his name announced. Thanks for that great impromptu auction raising $17,000 for the foundation, Brayden! With titles such as New Zealand Auctioneering Champion - Open Division 2022 and Top Sales Consultant - Harcourts Hawke’s Bay for three consecutive years, Brayden is a true inspiration to aspiring auctioneers. A special shoutout goes to David Searle from Harcourts Marlborough Real Estate 2008 Ltd., who was named Most Promising Auctioneer of the Year.
