Standout sales for our agency throughout Winter have included the sale of a premium three bedroom apartment in Waverton selling well above expectations at $3,400,000, a well appointed three bedroom north facing apartment in Wollstonecraft selling for $2,050,000, a lovely two bedroom apartment with well appointed living areas flowing to a sundrenched north facing terrace at $2,700,000, as well as a townhouse style apartment right on Brennan Park Wollstonecraft with a very impressive auction day result of $2,625,000. We have also seen great momentum building in the sub $1,500,000 price range, with really encouraging results and signs of buyer demand. Some standout sales in this range included the sale of a lovely two bedroom ground floor garden courtyard apartment in Lamont Street Wollstonecraft, as well as impressive results in Neutral Bay for a block record two bedroom apartment selling ahead of the scheduled auction at $1,165,000. Positive buyer interest also came for a one bedroom apartment in Ernest Street Crows Nest achieving $720,000, with plenty of buying activity throughout the 4 week marketing campaign.
