It’s important to set aside some time to organise your insurance, you don’t want to be in a position where it’s too late to take out a home contents insurance policy. • Rental Payments - Keep your rental payments up to date by ensuring your rent is paid on or before the due date. Once your rent is paid it will be recorded irreversibly on your rental payment record, also known as your ledger. • If at any time while renting with LJ Hooker, your circumstance changes & you believe that you may be late with your payment, contact your Property Manager before the due date to discuss your situation.
