What council does the property sit in? What are their rates? What will some of the ongoing costs for the property/land be such as strata? Are there zoning or building restrictions on the property? Will I need to do any renovations? Is the value better in an old or new property in the area, for more profit? Will the agent I'm dealing with manage the property? Does the area have suitable tenants? Is there a university nearby, another type of college or a training institute? What are the positive attributes of the property?
