Hold for 30 seconds. 1 Exercise 1/ 12 your potential-turn this card over Exercise 2/ 12 your potential-turn this card over Reach back and hold elbow pulling in gently to your head and hold for about 30 seconds. 2 Exercise 3/ 12 your potential-turn this card over Clasp both hands and lift slowly until tight. Hold for about 30 seconds. 3 Exercise 4/ 12 your potential-turn this card over Form a comfortable stance bend at the waist and reach one arm over the head stretching out the side. Keep knees bent and other arm across your body. Hold for about 30 seconds 4 Exercise 5/ 12 your potential-turn this card over Stretch arms out wide and pull back gently until arms and chest tighten. Hold for about 30 seconds. 5 Exercise 6/ 12 your potential-turn this card over Sit cross legged with one leg stretched out and pull knee back gently until muscles tighten.
