Soften the butter andmix in the garlic, and honey and lemonmarinade. Spread a coating on the lobstermeat. Heat the barbecue tomedium-high and oil the grill bars. Place lobster tails shell-side down and cook until shell turns red. Spreadwithmore butter and turn meat-side down and cook for5-8minutes ormeat turnswhite. Turn again and cook2minutesmore shell-side down. Remove skewers and place onwarm plates.Dotwith any remaining butter mixture and serve immediately. Place on oiled grill bars and cook with lid or hood down for 25/30 minutes, turn once or twice and brush with marinade. For Flat-top and Electric Barbecue Grill Place a wire cake-rack to sit 2.5cm over the grill bars. Heat barbecue until hot. Place the kebabs on grill and brush with marinade.
