Our Fees. Property is likely to be one of the biggest investments of your life. Our fees are charged in one of two ways, depending on the service: an initial engagement fee plus commission calculated as a percentage of the purchase price, or a fixed fee at the start of our engagement. We are always transparent about what fees are involved and outline costs upfront on initial consultation.
