As we say farewell to a year that we will never forget, I feel it is the ideal time to reflect on the year that has been and the highs and lows experienced, both personally and professionally. 2020 was a rollercoaster year filled with many emotions, questions and adjustments. It taught us to better appreciate our health, connection to family and community and in doing so reminded us of what is important in life. Fortunately, being in our isolated state it wasn’t long before we were back at work and able to practically use the lessons learnt during lock down. While I have always empowered our team to support the community and causes meaningful to them, we all learnt to cherish this even more. Our team got together to give their time and support to the local community with both our Halloween sausage sizzle and Santa family photos. SUMMER EDITION HOME TOUR 3 STYLE 6 GARDEN 8 ENTERTAINING 9 FASHION 10 COMMUNITY 11 PROPERTY COLLECTION 12 Additionally, our agents generously gave to over 24 local and national causes throughout the year including the RSPCA, Perth Homeless, Worlds Greatest Shave, Royal Flying Doctor Service, Beyond Blue and many more. Professionally, we observed a cautious buyers market in early to mid 2020, and are now delighted to see the market turning the corner with a very buoyant spring/ summer season showing a substantial jump in values and rapid selling timeframes. This edition of the Mint Magazine sets an optimistic tone for 2021, rejoicing in the lifestyle we have enjoyed and continue to appreciate amid the pandemic and the sunshine, fun and optimism we are experiencing as we clutch on to the final days of summer.
