More and more, we are finding that homeowners are turning their attention to the home and using their spaces to create and decorate, leading to some amazing properties which we are fortunate enough present to the market. In this edition, we vicariously visit the Mediterranean by touring a home that sits riverside in North Fremantle but feels a world away. As the sunshine emerges we are inclined to spend more time outside of the home. While there are some feelings of isolation from much of the country and the world, it is hard to beat the upsides we have here in Perth. Over the spring months, we have the opportunity to enjoy community events, concerts, exhibitions, dining and drinks in this fabulous climate we are so lucky to experience. I am especially excited about the upcoming community events we have planned at Mint. At the end of October, we celebrate Halloween with SPRING EDITION HOME TOUR 3 STYLE 6 GARDEN 8 ENTERTAINING 9 COMMUNITY 10 FASHION 11 PROPERTY COLLECTION 12 the many families who come to the George Street area to experience the incredible Halloween atmosphere. Then in December, our office is involved in the George Street Festival which also sees an influx of locals and visitors to the area. The annual tradition of Santa Claus visiting the festival will be honoured again this year and the Mint elves can’t wait to help Santa take photos with all the children that come to see him. Prior to Christmas, our team also has the privilege of coordinating Christmas in a Shoebox. It is heartwarming to see all the masses of donations received each year which are distributed via a worthy charity, bringing some Christmas joy to those in need. The appeal of living in Perth is hard to beat and the local property market continues to perform exceptionally well, experiencing an acceleration in price growth boosted by continued low stock levels and high buyer demand.
