At the end of 2021 and into the first months of the new year, we have seen continued strong buyer demand for properties across our highly desirable lifestyle suburbs. However, we are expecting the upcoming autumn months to bring slightly unusual conditions for the property market, with several events set to impact market activity. Along with the usual Easter long weekend and end of first term school holidays, there is both the state and international border reopening and the federal election, all due to take place in a short timeframe. It is hard to factor in exactly how these events will impact the market, however, we saw incredible price growth last year and there is reason to feel confident that property prices will hold at their current levels or even show some gradual increases as the months progress through 2022. We have expanded both our sales and property management teams and are so delighted to have brought on board a number of dedicated and passionate professionals to work along- side each other and expand the areas we service. Furthermore, our agency was recently awarded Agency of the Year by Rate My Agent for several of the suburbs we live and work in. These awards are a fantastic achievement and are evidence of our commitment to delivering market leading results along with exceptional customer service. We have already seen a great start to this year and we look forward to working with more and more homeowners and buyers through 2022 to achieve their property goals.
