HOME TOUR 4 Lindsay Place BICTON Words MAYA ANDERSON ‘Infinity Views’ was designed by architect John LeClare Josephs of Superseed Architecture and was recently completed by boutique building company Capozzi Building. On the premier block of a prestigious, private cul- de-sac, the home capitalises on the site’s views with a floor plan that achieves a stunning Swan River outlook from almost every room. Selling agent Toby Astill says the plunging 730sqm cliff site above Blackwall Reach Parade had long presented a design challenge that few were willing to take on - until recently. “I think most builders didn’t have the confidence to build on this block,” he said. The design solution was to create three spacious levels, spread over 560sqm, that nestle into the cliff face. Each storey makes the most of the uninterrupted water views across the river to Fremantle harbor, Rottnest and the ocean beyond. The scope of the build required almost every element to be craned on-site, taking 18 months to build. Just completed, the home has never been lived in. HOME TOUR
