Under the resources tab, select ‘job tracker’ icon to view your current order progress and past orders. I can’t find the product I need online. Under the help tab you will find an online enquiry form and contact details to contact our friendly staff to help you locate or create a new product for you. My photos look blurry! Photos can look blurry if they are low resolution. Make sure you check the size of your image - the bigger the be er! You can also check the quality in the template builder. There will be 1 - 5 stars shown next to the uploaded image. 1 star is poor, low quality and 5 stars are excellent, high resolution images. I can’t find my agent details to create a new order. If you haven’t placed an order before, make sure you head to the ADMIN section and add a new teammember. Here you can fill out your personal details and upload your photo. FAQs
