Todd handled the situation well with sensitivity and good humour when it was needed. Todd had sold a home for us previously and therefore knew of our demanding expectations. He knew the detail and service that we expected and we knew that he would deliver. Expertly backed up by Danielle, the paperwork and write up was completed. Amazing photos were taken by Chris and uploaded at the death knock on Friday. Todd was a little concerned about the lack of time before our first home open on the following Sunday. With seven groups through and lots of interest he shouldn’t have been concerned. After follow ups early the next week Todd had already identified our buyer and had arranged a second inspection. We worked hard to ensure that the house was amazing for Todd to sell. One more home open and our home was under offer.
