After a due diligence period was satisfied the property was then unconditional and se lement took place 45 days later. The buyer is currently refurbishing the larger building for their own use and has 2 very good secure tenants to contribute to their investment. The market wasn’t that strong then and the inquiry level was only fair. During this campaign the property did not meet the reserve but the seller stayed commi ed to the process with us.
