Owner occupiers are really fuelling demand in my area due to its close proximity to Port Botany and Sydney Airport.” As a guide to the strength of the Sutherland Shire market, the team at Commercial Sutherland Shire recently secured the sale of a 200 square metre industrial warehouse at Taren Point for $5,200 per square metre.
