33 SA - Business Sales Simon Winter of Business Sales Adelaide says the business sales market is seeing the return of buyers. “We have vendors who wanted to retire two years ago, and they are now really keen to retire. So we are in the situation where we have the opportunity to list a significant number of good businesses – and buyers are becoming more confident about the future,” notes Simon. He adds, “We are expecting to sell larger and more profitable businesses, and we will turn them over faster and therefore sell more. “Our listings have now increased significantly, and our sales are starting to follow the listings. 2022 will be a much better year than 2021.
