Dubai Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, DSOA, the regulatory body for the Dubai Silicon Oasis, DSO and the integrated free zone technology park, signed an agreement in October with the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA). This is a healthy sign for businesses in the emirates. Under this agreement, new and existing IFZA companies can work from the DSO, boosting the flexibility of doing business in the UAE. This agreement provides entrepreneurs and start-ups with opportunities to expand their businesses and cooperate with hundreds of technological companies, experts and start-ups based in Dubai Digital Park, DDP, Dubai Technology Entrepreneur Campus, Dtec, and DSOA headquarters. In other news, Akhil Chimnani, Vice President of Raine & Horne Dubai says his firm has finalised the sale of 864.54 square metres of commercial space in the Gulf city’s magnificent Oberoi Center for AED 9.3 million (A$3.5 million) on behalf of Al Berry Enterprise. The buyer is Automatic Motors FZE, who will now have sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa & the Dubai Water Canal from their new commercial office space.
