Meet… …your 2021 Internal Incentive Program! This year we are celebrating your GOOD work and encouraging your GOOD shout’s (nominations) through our $200,000 prize pool giveaway full of GOOD stuff. Each month we will draw out 30 deserving winners from across our network and reward themwith gift vouchers ranging from $200 to $2000. IMPORTANT DATES Good stuff starts: 1st February 2021 Win-Win Wednesdays: Winners are announced the 1st Wednesday of every month! Good stuff concludes: Last reporting month 30th November 2021 HOW DOES IT WORK? Our most simple Internal Incentive yet. 1. Each month we will run our traditional reporting to ascertain: - Top Agents $ Value - Top Agents Number of Sales - Product Engagement 2. In conjunction with this, you will be able to celebrate your team for other reasons via an online form. Each month, you can nominate: - Top Property Manager - Rising Star/Outstanding Administrator 3. Then, our top reported agents and all nominees, will be added to the draw. 4. Win-Win Wednesday’s (this is the first Wednesday of each month) will be when the Good stuff happens. Angus Raine will draw out 30 winners, each winner will be contacted promptly, allocated a tier and have the ability to pick a prize from the tier of which they have won. HOW TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT? There are reportable and nomination-only categories; you will need to be in one of these to be entered in the monthly draw. - Top Agents $ Value - Top Agents Number of Sales - Product Engagement - Nomination: Top Property Manager - Nomination: Rising Star/Outstanding Administrator Essentially, to be in the draw, all you need to do is your day-to-day role to the very best of your ability. We encourage you to settle sales promptly, make use of all products and services at your disposal (Amplify, DigiKit, CompassPlus etc.) and to actively look for members of your teamwho are dedicated and deserving – and to nominate them for it!
