118 International Communicator 2025 This year has been a fantastic and inclusive one for our Property Management teams across the network. We delivered three highly successful Property Management Retreats in South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales, each bringing teams in those states together for a powerful mix of inspiration, education and collaboration. These events empowered our people to lift performance, embrace innovation and strengthen relationships with clients and their colleagues. Our first Property Management Retreat for 2026 is already locked in at the Manly Pacific Hotel, on 20 February, and we’ll be in touch soon with dates for other states in the new year. We’re also bringing back PM Foundations, kicking off in Adelaide on 3 March. This program is designed for all property management staff, providing essential skills, practical insights, and a strong foundation for success in property management. Throughout 2025, we continued to support property managers and principals with a program of informative and high-impact webinars. Spanning a broad range of topics, each session was designed to provide practical guidance, real-world insights and solutions to the challenges facing the industry. Alongside our events program and online training, we continued to deliver timely, practical and relevant content for landlords and tenants through monthly blogs published on our website via the Investor & Tenants tab. This content was also made available for use in Spotlight newsletters, helping offices engage their local audiences with consistent, value-driven messaging. If you are not using this content with your landlords and tenants, we’d urge you to consider it. And as always, we’d love to get some ideas from you once again in 2026 on issues relevant to your clients we could address.
