In recognition of the group’s continued growth and evolving strategic priorities in New Zealand, several senior leadership appointments were made during 2025. • James Shepherd – New Zealand General Manager, reflecting his leadership and contribution to the network’s success. • James Barclay – General Manager Finance, following a successful tenure as Acting General Manager, James plays a key role in the financial management & success of the NZ operation • Romilly Ashkettle – National Network Engagement Manager, a newly created role with a strong focus on product and technology training to enhance network capability. • Justine Gladwell-Hunt – National Compliance Manager, reinforcing the group’s commitment to regulatory excellence. “These appointments reflect our commitment to building a high-performing leadership team that embodies our values of excellence, collaboration, and integrity,” said James Shepherd. “We look forward to making further strategic appointments to our corporate team in 2026.” Network expansion and new offices We have has expanded its services with the commencement of the brands first franchise in Wellington, the nation’s capital city.
