Featuring an impressive man cave, the property drew 30–50 groups and five contracts before selling for $1.121 million. Hobart Our Hobart office’s Annisa Burns sold Clovelly, a heritage-listed home built circa 1915 by prominent Tasmanian architect George Stanley Crisp. The inter-war Mediterranean style building at 24 Swan Street, North Hobart, comes with arched brick entrances, a bay window, sandstone detailing, and balcony columns that together create striking street appeal.
