We also generated the $5.15 million under-the-hammer sale by the Inner West | South Sydney team of an industrial property located at 79 Railway Parade in Marrickville at our Quarter 1 National Auction Event in March. Adding to this momentum, Raine & Horne Commercial WA sold 20 industrial lots off the plan in Stage 6A of Southern River Business Park, southwest of Perth and valued at $19 million, within two weeks of release. Capping off the year, two prime freehold investments anchored by Red Rooster and The Cheesecake Shop in North Lakes, Brisbane, headlined Raine & Horne Commercial’s Q4 2025 National Auction Event in Sydney on 27 November. Since debuting in November 2023, the National Auction Event has generated nearly $150 million in sales, while cementing its place as a fixture on the national commercial property calendar. In 2025, our Commercial network notched around $150 million through the National Auction Event in office, retail, and industrial sales. By staging highly effective auction events, we gave our agents nationwide a platform to market their clients’ properties to a broader audience in 2025, while tapping into the invaluable local market knowledge that sets Raine & Horne Commercial apart. Moreover, we consistently recorded a 50% increase in traffic to the Raine & Horne Commercial website, www.rhc.com.au, in the weeks leading up to each National Auction Event this year. A key pillar of our five-year business strategy, Align & Accelerate, unveiled in Q3 2025, is recognising that Raine & Horne Commercial can help strengthen the overall network.
