Raine & Horne

94 International Communicator 2025 The year 2025 has been a solid and encouraging year for our Rural brand, marked by steady growth into new markets, stronger visibility, and increasing competitiveness against some of the more established rural agencies. We’re continuing to strengthen our network’s value proposition so that we can confidently handle transactions of all sizes. Across the year, we listed 425 rural properties and settled or sold 210 properties, achieving a total sales value of $280 million. At the time of writing in October 2025, we’re holding around 320 rural listings nationally. Solid growth and results in 2025 for Raine & Horne Rural Big results across a big country Among our standout results in 2025 were five properties transacting above $10 million, including the year’s highest sale of $13 million, for a 4,000-acre holding in Western Australia through our outstanding Great Southern office. The largest property listed was an extraordinary 1,650-square-mile (407,000-acre) cattle station, Dairy Creek Station in WA, listed by Rural WA and now under offer. These results highlight the depth of expertise and capability across our network, which spans the entire country. We’re not just active in the “hobby farm” space - we also have the skills, resources, and talented people to handle large-scale agricultural transactions with confidence. Building digital momentum Our dedicated Facebook and Instagram pages have become vibrant platforms for showcasing not only our property listings and sales, but also our agents, their local communities, and the issues that matter to people living in the bush. Pleasingly, our engagement with rural audiences is increasing, and next year, we aim to expand on this foundation by sharing more meaningful, communitydriven content that reaches a broader audience.
