Look after your clients first and foremost and the business will look after itself” – NICK SADIL In 1972 Nick took 100% control of the company and quickly established itself as a Canberra‘s Real Estate icon by introducing innovative marketing and a fresh approach to the traditional real estate agency practices of the time. Some of Sadil Quinlan’s achievements over the years include: the largest number of properties sold by an agent in a single year, the first million-dollar residential sale, Sales person of the year, Auctioneer of the year, the sale of most of Canberra’s hotels and thousands of happy home buyers and sellers, throughout the region. Along with Mr Sadil’s long list of accomplishments Sadil Quinlan’s team have sold hotels/motels including Kingston hotel and Deakin motel. Sadil Quinlan have taken part in the sale of complexes including Argyle Square Reid and Narona Park Calwell. They have also helped Canberra grow and change by developing complex’s including the notable Kingston complex “The Verity” and “The Cranston” in Torrens. Nick Sadil being the founder of Sadil Quinlan wanted to keep the business family orientated so in the late Seventies his threes son’s Greg, Marc and Adam all took positions in the company as sales agents, each of them having successful careers in real estate. In 1984 Greg, Marc and Adam took over as directors of Sadil Quinlan and have had the privilege of watching their beloved Canberra grow and expand as did their families, the Sadil’s still believe Family is key to a good business.
