The Sea Bridge One Project The Sea Bridge One Project is a sustainably powered humanitarian mothership designed for Sea Mercy missions. SV Sea Bridge One will be an ocean-going operational base, providing transportation, logistical support and accommodation for various programs as well a large water making facilities to support communities following natural disasters. SV Sea Bridge One will support Sea Mercy's own & volunteer fleet, thus massively expanding the capacity to deliver. SV Sea Bridge One has been custom designed for its purpose. Design features include shallow draft for navigating reefs and lagoons, davits for heavy cargo load and unload, sail and solar powered to minimise fuel needs, high volume water making capacity, extensive communications facilities, and large areas of flat deck to store llm landing craft and large cargo.
