To establish open trading terms a credit application must be filled out and signed accordingly. Upon successful review of established credit, open terms may be granted. Conditions Prices quoted are Ex-Works and does not include the cost of freight. GST, if applicable, will be charged accordingly. Purchase Orders All orders must have an official Purchase Order Number or the name of the authorizing person. Pricing Discounts from List Price are available to established trade accounts based upon dollar volume purchased or blanket orders with scheduled releases. Cancellations If a blanket order involves non-standard equipment, Seko will hold inventory to insure the specified quantities are available as needed. In the event of changes or cancellations, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred by Seko. Returns Equipment may only be returned with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All items must be returned freight prepaid. All non-warranty items are limited to a 60 day after Shipment return period and may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20%. Warranty Seko warrants only to the buyer, that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. Electronic control boards have a two year warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to: 1. Rubber and synthetic rubber parts such as hoses, ‘0’ rings, diaphragms and gaskets. 2. Products that have a normal expected life of less than one year. 3. Failure in performance or damage caused by chemicals, abrasive materials, corrosion, lightning, improper voltage supply, abuse, mishandling and misapplication. This limited warranty does not cover liability resulting from performance of the products nor the labor to replace the products. No other warranty, oral, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, is made for these products, and all other warranties are hereby expressly excluded. Seko sale obligation under this warranty will be, at Seko option, to repair or replace any products found to be other than as warranted when returned with (RAN), freight prepaid. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Seller’s warranty obligations and buyer’s remedies are solely and exclusively as stated herein. Seller shall have no other liability, direct or indirect, of any kind, including liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other claims for damage or loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, whether based on negligence, strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty.
