8 Marketing ambassador group We want to create a platform for our marketing experts to excel and grow in your role, by building a marketing ambassador group across our network. There will be one key marketing admin in each office who will be seen as an extension of our Head Office Marketing team. We highly encourage you to frequently present a marketing update in your Sales and/or Office meetings. This will provide you the opportunity to share both head office and supplier updates, gather feedback on new products and hear new ideas from your agents. Each quarter we will hold a marketing ambassador meeting where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between internal office conversations and the head office marketing team. By sharing your insights and feedback to the wider marketing ambassador group, we will ensure what is being created is the most relevant and requested products, while also updating existing products by improving these with your feedback.
