15. the agency My Service guarantee At The Agency we understand the importance of achieving the maximum possible selling price for your property and we guarantee: To grant conjunctional sale rights to all registered real estate agents from and including the day your property is listed for sale. To grant a reasonable selling commission to conjunctional agents at the standard 70% listing and 30% selling fees or other such reciprocal rate which currently applies between our company and other agents. Allow entry to home opens by prospective purchasers referred by conjunctional agents without the necessity for the conjunctional agents being present. In the event that we do not comply with the above points we will only charge you for any actual costs incurred by us in relation to the sale of your property or $1000.00 whichever is the lesser.
