This remains true for South Australia during this time, as the property market remains strong and steady with Adelaide being one of the only major cities in Australia that has seen the pace of capital gain higher than it’s previous six-month average. South Australia has a high level of government and government- related employment, and therefore may be less impacted by the COVID-19 related economic downturn from increasing unemployment levels. Keeping this in mind, Adelaide buyers continue to take advantage of never before seen interest rates with prices remaining strong and buyer interest remaining steady. Moving into the spring selling season we expect an influx of properties onto the market with hopes high that the pent up buyer demand will result in strong buyer interest across most market sectors resulting in excellent results being achieved across all price ranges.
