What’s happening in your market? Well we’re off and running in 2018. 2017 had a strong finish, through this agency a total of 8 properties sold over the last 8 weeks of 2017 and a further 10 going Under Offer. The interest has continued into 2018 and whilst we’ve only been back a few weeks the interest is building as buyers return from holidays, proof is in the results and after 8 days back at work we have managed to place two properties Under Offer for our Vendors. Other exciting news is our office move – we have moved from Ellendon Street to Malbon St – the Kings Highway to some of you. Malbon Street runs from the intersection where Cleanseeds is, running East to Mecca Lane or the cemetery – it is likely Malbon Street was gazetted around 1837, the Kings Highway title arrived about 1974.
