There is lots to share! Our Palerang region has defied the odds and we have not only experienced growth but also had a constant stream of sales. Excluding the period of March through toMay, this financial year has been a terrific year for vendors. It’s not just property sales. Builders and tradespeople, agricultural workers and contractors, car mechanics and collectable car sales to mention a few have had a great financial year. To date for the financial year we have sold 38 properties and have another 12 awaiting exchange at time of writing. The nuances of this particular market are not what many may think. The market isn’t necessarily a hot market, rather one with fewer properties for sale and the same amount of buyers. In other words, our monthly enquiry level is about the same although the listing numbers across the region are down... good news for us, as our market share has actually increased. Who knows what might happen next year, so as we’ve been asking - “what are you waiting for?”. This is our last newsletter for 2020 so it’s also a great time to share our best wishes and season’s greetings - the happiest Christmas to all from the team here at RayWhite Bungendore.
