What a turn around the pandemic has given to our real estate market. It sure has been some time since we have seen this much activity in the market. Whilst it is positive to see it unknown how long the momentumwill last. Como has seen buyers lining up to get into view both rental & sale properties, something we have not seen since 2006/2007 resulting in properties either leasing or renting very quickly. Money is cheap, but the banks sure have tightened the belt and are taking a LOT longer to process finance approvals.
