The Asquith &Hornsby market has been very resilient up to and during the pandemic despite the restrictions placed on the selling & buying of properties. Houses have reached 145 sales, a 12.7% increase overall in the last 12months to October 2020. Units overall have seen 394 sales with a less than 1% increase mainly due to supply levels being high. If supply and demand continues with key indicators such as employment & economic confidence stabilising, I feel we should see a modest growth in houses and slight growth in units.
