1 As Perth has shivered through some record breaking lows this winter, the property market has also seen record breaking lows in stock availability. This has been good news for sellers with the average property selling in 10 days. We are delighted to update you on the activity in Inglewood, Mount Lawley, Mount Hawthorn, North Perth, Joondanna, Yokine and surrounds. As temperatures drop we have seen interest rates rise. This coupled with cost of living pressures have resulted in a significant impact on the market.
